Add Group:

The Add Group screen allows you to create a new Group, and specify the members of that Group.
To create a new Group, type the new Group Name into the text box at the top of the screen, then click on the user names in the Available Users list to move them in to the Group Members list.
To remove a user from the Group Members list, click on their name and they will be moved to the Available Users list.
Press OK once you are done and the new Group is created.
SPECIAL GROUP TYPE:
If you add an asterisk as a suffix to a Group Name, (e.g. '' Vehicles * '') that Group
will be treated differently to other (normal) Groups by allowing all users
(irrespective of their Access Level) to change the Status of any users or items within
that Group. This feature has been included at the request of a user who wanted a Vehicle
Group, but did not want other user names to be included in the Group (either as Group
Managers or Normal Access Users).
