WHOS-IN Pro - Admin Help
Add Column:

The Add Column screen allows you to create your own 'custom' columns for display by the user program.
To create a new column, type the new Column Name into the text box, check the Read Only box if required, and press OK.
The READ ONLY option allows you to set up a column (for example a 'Position' column) containing the users position within your company or organization - but prevents the user from changing the data themselves. For example a sales rep could change their 'Position' to CEO if read only is left switched off.
There is no limit to the number of columns you can create, however adding an excessive number will cause the program to slow, due to the increased data load.
NOTES:
A column set to Read Only should be used for static data that
doesn't change (or change often) like Cell Phone numbers for example.
Any data in a Read Only column can only be edited by a WHOS-IN
Administrator.
Some common uses:
'Future Events' (similar to a scheduler) - 'Vacations' for example.
Cell Phone numbers, email addresses, anything else you like.
