Bug Fix:
Starting a search, then repeatedly pressing the ‘Search’ button caused PostCode Express to go into a seemingly endless loop. The search button and DataEntry Box are now disabled during the search procedure.

Converted all screens to the new 3D style Windows 95 look & feel.

Reduced load time by approximately 7 seconds. However, the trade off is longer loading times for the Calculators, Setup and Address screens.

The 'messages' box has been relocated to the bottom of the main screen.

When pressing Escape to quit PostCode Express, an error message would appear (mentioning an Array) immediately prior to shutting down.
If the waving flag in the about screen was left running for 2 days 4 hours & 36 mins - an Overflow error message would appear. (Boy was this a hard one to track down!)
